Task 5 Notes

Task 5 - A

·         Go out to newsstand (Tesco’s etc.)

·         Have a look at where music magazines are placed

·         Take a digital photograph of where they are placed

·         Ask permission if needed

·         In depth pictures; stands, what magazines are on top aka most important; middle shelf being most important because eyelevel; how they are laid out

·         Images of lower left third of music magazines

·         Images of anything else which catches my eye

·         When done, blog and write about my findings.

Task 5 - B

·         Follow genre of my magazine

·         Search distribution methods of one magazine

·         Research other media technologies, apps, music TV, Facebook, twitter, radio.

·         Screenshot and give links to those websites and such

·         Blog by the 17^th
